We are looking for an experienced Recycled Rubber Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and nurture relationships with our customers at both a business and consumer level.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect new clients and identify opportunities for increased sales in the rubber recycling industry.
• Develop and maintain accounts by providing superior customer service and building trusting relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage customer requests and inquiries effectively.
• Generate and track sales leads and use metrics to measure success.
• Understand market trends and identify areas of opportunity.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences and events.
• Remain updated on industry news and new product releases.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in the recycled rubber industry.
• Ability to identify and act on opportunities.
• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• Knowledge of market trends in the rubber recycling industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
