We are looking for an experienced Recycled Rubber Sales Manager to join our organization and lead the recycling rubber sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team and strategy, training and onboarding new sales personnel, setting performance metrics and goals, and ultimately driving the growth of our recycled rubber sales.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales plan to increase revenues from recycled rubber.
• Establish customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and plan customer visits and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer data and manage customer relationships.
• Track sales goals and report on results and performance metrics.
• Recruit and train new sales staff on product knowledge, customer service and sales techniques.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Produce reports to track performance, analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management and a proven track record of success.
• Deep knowledge of the recycled rubber industry and an understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and coach others.
