Job Description

• Receive materials requirements from site execution team,scrutinize and verifie its accurecy, termnology, and specification as per contract scope requirements.

• Prepare and issue inquires (RFQ) to potential suppliers, sup-contractors.

• Receive quptations, analyze and evaluates againest the MR specification.

• Prepare  technical Appraisal as applicable for project term confirmation.

• Minimize the Petty cash purchase and scrutinize petty cash reports if all purchasing prices are correct.

• Develop and maintan a comprehensive database of suppliers and their capabilities.

• Identify cost-saving oppotunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes.
