Job Description

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering with 8-10 Years in Building construction, preferably min. 5 Years worked in KSA.
• Responsible for implementation of project in accordance with the approved scope of work, Planning, Cost, Quality, Safety, Specifications and as per Company Procedures, with the following duties & responsibilities.
• Take over the site from the client and organize the mobilization.
• Review SOW package,IFS drawings and specifications,to verifie the scope compiance requirement as per contractual obligations.
• Oraganize and manage all vendors and sub-contractors work scope activities in line with approved project baseline schedule.
• Give directions, Provides assignments and instruction to project Engineers,Supervisors,Vendors, Sub Contractors on job priorties and provide technical pointers on how things should be done, including interface with proponents and other contractors.
• Monitor and oversee all site activities as per approved safety and quality programs.
• Presides regular Weekly meetings with internal team ( Project Engineers, Supervisors,Vendors & Sub-Contractors etc).
• Attend regular site coordination / progress meetings with client counterparts and appointed consultants.
